Nestled in the middle of Prescott National Forest, Cherry was once an old stage coach stop between Fort Whipple (Prescott) and Fort Verde (Camp Verde). Today, Cherry is a quiet, peaceful oasis surrounded by Prescott National Forest.

Boyce and Lynn Macdonald, the proprietors of Cherry Creek B&B, have lived in Cherry since 1976, and are knowledgeable of the history and area.

To get to this out-of-the-way, charming bed and breakfast, you will travel on the same dirt road, wagons and stage coaches used in the early 1900's. Cherry has an elevation of 5,200 ft., has mild, four season climate suitable for hiking, mountain biking, bird and wildlife watching, photography or just sitting on the porch swing, relaxing with a good book. You could also plan day trips to Sedona, Prescott, Jerome or Montezuma's Castle.
Guests stay in their own two-person, private cottage. Amenities include a comfortable queen-size bed, private bathroom, VCR, FM, CD, cassette player, emergency phone use only, and a hearty, home-cooked breakfast, served at your convenience.
